Emily Remmel, JD, speaks with Seth Brown, the Principal and Founder of Storm and Stream Solutions. Storm and Stream Solutions is a consulting firm that provides a range of services from policy and infrastructure finance analysis to the development and delivery of technical and policy-related training focused on stormwater topics. He is also acts as a Senior Advisor for the Water Environment Federation (WEF) where he provides support on technical and policy issues related to stormwater management and wet weather dynamics.
