  1. Tip: Hang your inspection log on a clipboard in the storage area. When it isfull, file it in your permanent records.

    This may not be a best practice. If there happens to be a fire in the storage area (possible especially if storing ignitible or incompatible materials), then the records may be lost in the fire. Any agency inspection resulting from the fire could reveal the lack of documentation and result in a violation.
