FAQs
The next Safety Forum event will take place June 25 and 26, 2018, in Plano, Texas. Let’s take a look at some common questions that potential delegates have about attending these events.

FAQs

Is this really free to attend?

Yes, this concentrated day-and-a-half networking event is free to qualified delegate attendees (decision-makers at companies with 200+ employees). We cover accommodation, meals, and attendance at the event.

How do you find the right vendors for me to meet?

Upon registration, you tell us about your facility and upcoming projects. Our team then sources leading solution providers who specialize in areas of interest. Vendors come prepared with personalized solutions for you.

Who arranges my meetings?

Once we have sourced providers based on your needs, we ask you to select the ones that you would like to meet with. Using a unique matching software, we produce an itinerary of 30-minute, one on-one meetings.

What else happens at the Forum?

Register for industry-specific seminars that run throughout the event. There are also numerous networking opportunities, including complimentary breakfasts, luncheons, cocktail receptions, a gala dinner, and an entertaining casino night.

A New Educational Session!
