Today, a new report called Equity in Safety—A Global Report on Women’s Access to Proper Personal Protective Equipment was released, highlighting the PPE equity gap faced by women. Released at the end of Women in Construction Week, the report surveyed 505 women in a wide range of industries about the challenge of finding PPE that fits properly. Here’s the report’s recommendations for organizations and employers to address these gaps in women’s workplace safety.
