Question: How do you use technology to improve safety culture?
Ferri: This is really exciting times for safety professionals, especially for those that are solo at their company because you almost have digital assistants at your fingertips.
And I don’t want to take away jobs from humans. But I’m saying if you’re a person that is going to be the only safety person at your organization, technology can help you. But there’s the high tech where these very high functioning platforms that can bring in a bunch of different technology, all kinds of data that they can ingest and prioritize for you.
