Eric Whitley is an Operational Excellence implementation professional with more than 25 years of manufacturing and business improvement experience. In addition to the many publications and articles he has written on various manufacturing topics, Whitley also led the Total Productive Maintenance effort at Autoliv ASP and was involved in the Management Certification programs at The Ohio State University, where he served as an adjunct faculty member.
