If you were considering submitting comments on OSHA’s proposed Safety and Health Program Management Guidelines, but haven’t done it yet, you’ve got an extra week.
The current comment period, announced in November, was originally slated to close February 15, but OSHA has extended it until February 22 to allow interested parties more time to provide feedback on the draft guidelines. The guidance is advisory and does not create any new legal obligations or alter existing duties created by other OSHA standards.
