The U.S. EPA recently announced that it is extending the reporting window for submitting TSCA Chemical Data Reports (CDR) from September 30 to October 31, 2016. This one-time extension is due to difficulties being experienced with electronic reporting.
The CDR is a report submitted every 4 years. It requires manufacturers and importers to report information on the types, quantities, and uses of chemical substances included on the TSCA Inventory that are manufactured domestically or imported into the United States above certain thresholds.
The CDR extension was published in the Federal Register on September 26, 2016.
