With over 17 years’ experience, Kathy Freeman recently joined Mortenson’s Denver Operating Group as Safety Director. Kathy is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating and administering the safety and health programs. She acts as a liaison with federal, state, local, and insurance representatives on all safety-related areas, as well as team member training, safety inspections, and accident investigation. Kathy also is actively involved in Safety Committees through the AGC and National Safety council, most recently being elected to the Board of Directors of AGC.
