Worker fatigue is a hazard hiding in plain sight for employees and workplaces, potentially costing businesses millions of dollars per year. Employees who don’t get enough sleep are less focused on their jobs and at increased risk for injury. Here’s what employers can do to reduce the risk of worker fatigue and help employees get the appropriate amount of sleep, according to the National Safety Council (NSC).
